We want to guarantee your satisfaction because our goal is to make every customer happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a prompt exchange or refund.

Returns and exchanges can only be accepted for unused/untailored items with their original tags attached within 14 days of the purchase. Returns cannot be accepted for intimates, Hijabs, handbags, jewelry, shoes, cosmetics, gift certificates, sale or clearance merchandise. Only clothing can be exchanged or returned.

To help us serve you better, we set these guidelines for return/exchange.

	Do inspect all items upon receiving them. Make sure that there is no damage to product.
	If you wish to return/exchange, please state the problem clearly in your email and what you wish to receive in exchange for the returned item: another product, store credit, or full refund.
	The returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when it was shipped, that is, untailored, new and unwashed, and must be shipped in the original packaging with all tags attached.
	You must have a return authorization number for all exchanges and returns. Please write it clearly on the package and invoice before sending it back for prompt and timely processing.
	The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs to return the product, unless the reason for the return is a defect in the merchandise or the wrong item was shipped out, in which Modern Princess will absorb the costs.
	Exchanges and returns will not be accepted past 14 days from the day of purchase
	Items purchased in our Modern Princess store cannot be returned by mail. Please return all in-store purchases to our Modern Princess store.
	* Used merchandise will not be returned or exchanged.
	* Shipping, handling or insurance charges will not be refunded.

This will insure your return/exchange is an easy transaction and you will receive a return authorization number. Please state the problem clearly in your email.
